       What I wish I knew.

       Is there something you wish I had told you when you first
       started? I would like to put together a little handbook. It will
       have the basics, how to, what to do, what not to do. But what
       else should be in there? Any advice for a newbie?
       I am attaching the info I currently send out. - I would also
       appreciate any input on these forms. They need to be updated
       too.

       P.S. I am not about to hire 50 freelancers, just keeping up with
       my duties.
