11/12 In the Moment Challenge

It's been SUPER busy around my house these past few weeks. This
is one of my busiest times of year at work, and the days are
clicking by quickly, making the holidays ever so near. Each
night I am tired, and each morning I am ready to run. In these
times, it is easiest to miss the moments happening around me. I
sometimes forget to save the moments my baby is laying on me
holding my hand, or don't take the time to catch the kiss my six
year old has blown my direction. It is in these times I most
need to slow down and capture a moment. I love the little
quizzes that you get in emails to help with this...you know the
ones...What are you wearing right now? What are you doing right
now? etc...
So my challenge to you is to capture a single moment today on
paper.
Here's a few questions to get those juices flowing, but don't be
bound by them. Feel what YOU need to feel in this moment and
capture it.
What are you listening to?
What are you doing?
What are you making plans to do?
What are your children doing?
What a concern that is on your heart?
Why do want to remember this moment?
