There has to be an intro, yes. The host should make it really,
but if they can't then they can get someone else to do it for
them.

Do we need a sendspace account to upload our MEP parts? Is there
a preferred format?

I don't think an MEP account is needed. I mean, sendspace will
allow you to upload stuff with or without an account. Though, I
recommend an account, cause eventually sendspace will delete the
link if it's not attached to an account.
As for the format, will Mp4 format be okay? Cause I tend to save
most of my MEPs and videos in that format cause it makes the
file a lot smaller, but I know everyone can't play them.

@Nmofadream: I think I needed to get an account... Well, I have
one. Idk, I suck at sites like that.
@IrisRainbow: That should be fine. :)

Miss Shelly Belly, I've gotten some positive feedback on the
"Black Beatles" song. Is it okay if I go ahead and open it for
an MEP? And if so, what's the best way to accurately divide up
the song?
P.S. I don't have Sony Vegas, but I do have Windows Movie Maker
and Adobe Premier

Yup! And I split each part as I go. I split, then delete the
rest of the song, then render that part, then undo, delete the
part I just rendered, and then split the next part. I always try
and split it when it's not cutting into a lyric or anything.
