About making intros

(I'm posting this here Michelle, if you find it misplaced you
can just move it or something)
Sometimes when hosting a MEP you'll have to make an intro
showcasing the participants. Here are some simple
guidelines/suggestions when making the tricky things:
- MAKE IT SHORT. It's nice when someone puts a little effort to
the intros, but most of the time the viewer just wanna get to
the MEP itself. The names should be on the screen long enough
for the viewer to read each name once, not twenty times.
GOOD EXAMPLE (please notice how it looks awesome yet is short):

- PICTURES ARE NICE BUT NOT A MUST. You can do as the above
example, using either the member's chosen character or the
character/pairing it has chosen for the particular MEP. If you
don't know the character or have anything featuring it, doing a
google image search is a good idea. But most of the time, just
the names will do fine.
- DON'T USE THAT COLORING ON THE TEXT WITH THAT BACKGROUND. What
about a blue background and red text? EHM, NO. What about an
overly small text with a messy and "too much stuff in it"
background? EHM NO. My suggestion: white or black text/any color
except white or black on the background. It looks clean and
proffessional, especially if you add a small outline around it.
- YOU CAN GIVE THIS TASK TO SOMEONE ELSE. Don't feel like doing
it? Then ask the participants if one of them would be willing
to. You can't force anyone, but there's probably someone who
wouldn't mind doing it for you. If no one can or wants to, and
you really can't suck up and do it yourself, ask me or
ShellyBelly123456789 to do it. One of us PROBABLY has the time,
but there's no guarantee on that.
I guess that's it. If you have any further questions or
suggestions, do not be afraid to comment :)

Personally, I think it is on the brink of being too long,
otherwise it's perfect :) (especially if there was supposed to
be pictures in it)

what if someone has two parts in the MEP does that mean we have
to mention them twice in the introduction?

No, you don't have to mention that in the intro since it will be
in the description.
