       The implementation

       The Project, and for the purpose of participating in the
       Project, we store it in the Collective database and use it for
       the purpose defined by the Project, which, among other things,
       means that we can share it with all interested parties involved
       in the Project (services for employment, potential employers,
       partners and collaborators of the Collective for of project
       activities and educational and/or other
       institutions/organizations that provide training/education
       services.
       The collective operates in accordance with the laws of the
       Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
       It has all the necessary authorizations and licenses to USA

       perform employment mediation
       activities. We are registered to perform the activities of
       private agencies for mediation in employment and we have been
       issued a license by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social
       Policy number: UPI 03-30/12-355/22 EB dated 09.11.2022. for the
       performance of mediation activities.

       Accordance with the Regulation on private agencies for mediation
       in employment. The collective has harmonized its operations with
       domestic and EU legislation in relation to the protection of
       personal data (GDPR). All collections of personal data are
       registered with the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data
       of Bosnia and Herzegovina. All questions related to personal
       data can be CALL FOR PERFORMER for a certain period of time
       (until the end of 2023) Monthly organization of two workshops
       lasting 3 hours each (or more if necessary), organization and
       implementation of the final event.
