       Just a small news from me.

       If you guys know, maybe not all Wellex and Xulibaar  especially,
       I've decided about 3 weeks ago, that It's time to sell my hill
       house.

       But yesterday I was thinking about, well TheWukiller told me,
       Why you want even sell this house? It will worth like 1 billion
       after few years etc.
       I was getting bids more then 200m, ( the biggest one was from
       TitusScar 216m If I remember ).
       So, yesterday i decided to not sell my house, because I will get
       some after few years, It's really nice house, hill house  + red
       interior. ( I think that only 2 of them exist with red interior)
       So the main thing is that, my hill house staying in SMS hands.
