       my story: THE FISH EMPEROR
       By: dragonborn99 Date: October 9, 2012, 10:41 pm
       ---------------------------------------------------------
PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THIS PART COMEDY AND PART FANTASY (SORT
       OF) STORY PLEASE
       THANKS!
BTW ITS A BIT LONG... LOL
       THE FISH EMPEROR
"The emperor has gone bonkers!" exclaimed Puck, throwing his two
blue flippers about, "he's declared war on the Dry-Landers!"
Malik stared back in awe, (in a bad way), speechless. Malik was
a beautiful Mulsh, a type of fish that could get a fish lady in
5 minutes if they wanted. He would always wonder why he was
called a Mulsh, until he was told by Puck, his best mate, that
it was short for multi fish.
Suddenly the Mulsh started to speak, his voice half quivering,
"has that two faced donkey even thought of the risk! The
monsters are one-hundred times taller, stronger and smarter than
us! He's going to lead us to death, not glory!" Malik scrunched
his fins, creasing the smooth, rainbow scales.
The emperor was always crazy, he would eat sand grains for
breakfast, crunch on shells for dinner. He would do kissing
practice on his servants and hugging practice on his guards!
       He was bonkers!
"When does he attack?" Malik said, suddenly calm.
"Ah... Three days exactly," Puck said quietly as he knew that
Malik would go crazy, which he did.
"What! That’s not enough time to escape!" Malik slapped himself
ten times and then looked at Puck straight in his two azure eyes
and let out a flood of curses and swearing.
Malik rubbed his necklet that was given to him by his mother
that had passed, wearing away the golden colour. He was by
himself walking through the city of Anklat, going toward the
Battered Fish clan house, which consisted of Puck, a clown fish,
Amborne, a gold fish. Chaki, a fighter fish and Barron, a trout.
Malik was the leader of the battered fish clan and the one
responsible for bad behavior by any one of the clan members,
which made Malik make strict rules for the clan.
       The Multi fish (mulsh) reached a beautiful, imposing building;
it was the Battered Fish clan house. The walls were made from
large coral and the roof was covered by swaying seaweed that was
so thick, you couldn't see through or out of it. Malik knocked
       on the coral door.
Four sharp, quiet knocks and two long, loud knocks.
Malik Stood back as the door was flung open and standing there
       was Puck.
"Everyone's ready cap," Puck said saluting. Malik sighed, and
then walked in, Puck leading the way. The two fish passed the
bathroom and the trophy room, (which was empty), and soon came
to the meeting room. In the meeting room sat Amborne, Chaki and
Barron, which Puck sat beside. The fish all saluted to the boss
as Malik sat in a jewel encrusted seat/throne. Malik sighed
again at the sight of the saluting fish.
"Welcome to meeting," Malik paused and took out a small
notebook, “number two and a half, we are meeting here to discuss
the matters of the crazy emperor fish that is soon to lead us to
a path that will destroy our colony and wipe out Anklat!" Malik
pounded a creased flipper on the wooden table. The other fish
all stared. Malik continued: “these matters have caused an
outrage to the people, so I have decided that we’ll make a plan
       and foil the emperor’s plans…”
“By putting him in cling wrap?” suggested Amborne.
“No,” replied Malik, “we make a master plan by making a master
       plan!”
“What!” the other fish said in unison.
“I said we make a master plan, and our master plan is that we
will make a protest team that will attract nearly the whole
colony of Anklat, and then there will be so many fish that the
emperor will have to listen for his colony and his people and
then we’ll all live happily ever after and we’ll win, a...
umm... lady each,” Malik said standing. The others thought of
the possibilities of getting a lady and dribbled over the table.
“So, when do we start?” said Chaki and Barron.
Malik looked at his small green watch “two hours exactly!”
Malik, Chaki, Barron and Amborne stood in the middle of the
streets, holding large cardboard signs and on those sign were
the words, don’t let the emperor kill us, don’t let the emperor
kill us! The four fish protested along Anklat streets, the only
sign of life was the other fish species peeping through the
curtains of their houses, shaking their round, scaled heads.
“It’s never going to work!” sobbed Barron in his Russian accent.
The others made no reply, but they knew what Barron was saying
       was true.
The fish protested for the rest of the afternoon only gaining
ten fish on their team, the Battered Fish clan had failed the
colony and the emperor’s so called ‘people’. Suddenly two large
sharks came around a corner holding a large sword each, which
bended near the end. The protest team gasped and quickly split,
running across the city of Anklat from the vicious, weapon
       wielding sharks.
Malik was first to run off, one of the sharks pursuing him.
Anklat city police guards, Malik thought.
The shark was catching up to Malik, only five metres away now.
"Stop now, by the order of emperor Halloo! The shark guard
demanded, Malik froze, his flippers hurt and his brain pounded
violently. Malik turned to see the large shark; a snarl covered
his face which made Malik shiver. Malik knew where he was going
       next...
The jail bars smelt of grime and rust, which irritated Malik and
the other jailers around him that were trapped in their own
boring, isolated cells. Outside was a large shark, guarding the
doorway, snarling at Malik every time the two fish’s eyes met.
We’re all doomed, Malik would think occasionally.
"So why are you in here?" The shark questioned.
"Ah..." Malik was lost for words; for he was talking to a shark!
       "Umm, opposing the emperor,"
The shark chuckled, "the crazy emperor," Malik couldn't believe
what he had just heard. All Guards made an oath that they would
never disrespect any emperor, this shark had broken his oath, so
Malik used the words to his advantage.
"You wouldn't want me to tell the emperor that," Malik said in a
       confident voice
       "What?" the shark replied dumbly.
"What you just said about the dear emperor," Malik whispered as
the shark looked back eyes wide.
"No! Please, I'll do anything," the shark said waving his grey
       flippers about.
       "Anything, eh?" Malik repeated.
"Yes, anything!" the shark begged, nodding furiously.
"What about lettin' me out of this cell around about know?"
Malik said with a fine, fishy smile. The shark stood back, eyes
wider than before. The shark then fumbled for the keys and
unlocked the door and flung it open. The other jailers didn't
notice, they were to busy dreaming and sleeping; Malik walked
out of his cell, not one nerve wracked his body for he knew the
       shark was afraid of him.
"Too-do-loo, my sharky friend!" Malik said a smile stretching
       across his scaled head.
Malik was in the streets again, hiding in the night sky shadows
that were being cast down on the city of Anklat. But what was
Malik to do now? His companions were still in jail and it was
impossible for Malik to start a protest gang. Suddenly the doors
of an old coral house flung open. Malik froze. An old man fish
walked out staring right into Malik's eyes. Malik gives off a
slight shiver that travels down his spine.
"Malik," the old man whispered, "I heard you want to stop the
emperor and foil his plans, eh?" Malik nodded in reply, he
       couldn't trust this man, yet.
"I can give you something that'll help you succeed," the old man
paused ,"but it'd have to be for that pretty necklace you got
       there boy."
       Malik gulped, "what for?"
The old man showed a small watch hung by a gold chain, "a
hypnosis watch, all you have to do is put it in front of their
faces and tell them what to do,"
Malik would regret his decision but he had to save the people,
       "okay,"
Malik sprinted through the streets, the houses only a blur that
surrounded him, he was heading for the courtyard, where the
emperor's armies were readying up. Malik reached his destination
and hid behind a building, the emperor was on a stage making a
speech that could be faintly heard over the roars that burst
from the thousands of soldiers in front of him. The emperor
finished his speech and stepped from the stadium. This was
Malik's chance. He suddenly sprinted up on the stadium and
quickly showed the watch, gripping it by the chain.
"LISTEN TO ME!" the soldiers, emperor and all clans fell into a
trance, "I CONTROL YOU AND ORDER YOU TO NOT FIGHT THE
DRY-LANDERS AND RESTORE PEACE ACROSS BOTH WORLDS!" once Malik
finished roaring out the commands, he put the watch away and the
soldiers blinked and came back to life, confused.
The emperor stood near the front mumbling something: "where am
       I?"
And they lived happily ever after!
       Well, sort of...
"I heard the emperor died, who's the new guy?" asked Malik,
holding a cute fish lady in his flippers; it was five years
after Malik had saved the fish colony.
Puck replied shortly and briefly, holding a lady of his own,
"his full name is Adolf Hitler,"...
