Official Halloween poem contest!

Hello fellow members. I have decided for the sake of halloween,
we should have a halloween competition. Because of such short
notice, I have made it a simple one, just write a simple poem of
any style you choose, as long as you include something about
either the season of fall, or a halloween theme. Thank you and
enjoy! (the due date Is October 31)

Here is mine.:). Halloween in
MapleShack Town.
Halloween in Mapleshack town is no ordinary Halloween
You may think that These People have great costumes.
But you will be wrong. Monsters they are to us. Vampires
Slendermen Jason Chucky Scream Ghosts Killer Leperchauns.All
real in Mapleshack Town. Candy apples are Shunken
Heads.Lollipops are Eyepalls on fingerbones and Gum of all
things is Just ordinary Gum. From Ebavolke

Im a little rusty,but okay:
A look through the window,a glimpse of the ghouls,
Wake up everyone,you aint fools,
Monsters,witches,wizards of all sort,
Even some knights,building their forts,
I look at myself,"The season is abloom"
Then I rush in my room,and get my costume,
People choose elves,like my bud dyan
But for me,Ill choose a lion,
Grab my pumpkin,dont like to brag
But its made from leather,well its a hand bag
I rush outside,to meet my friends
Dyan the elf,and Jamie in elf trends
I laugh at them,well their twins
Hey look,I say,at my pumpkin
Out comes John,in his pirate wear
"Arrh"he says,he lost some hair,
So we walk and walk,from house to house,
Gathering candy
iI SAW A MOUSE
From turkish delight,to lollipops galore
Theres so much candy,its like folklore
We stuff up our faces,my tongue is sore
"Arrh"says John,hes such a bore
Its time to go,I say goodbye
Im so stuffed with sugar,I think I can fly
November 1st,the worst day of all,
You wanna know why,oww,I feel sore
But thats not the reason,its much more worse
Its so sad,I hold up a fist
Because today,Im going to the DENTIST

"Obsevations of a Halloween night."
I sit there awake,
not much I can do,
I shiver and shake,
with no thoughts of you.
The night is alive,
with evil in mind,
the demons survive,
not one of them kind.
They come from everywhere,
the creaks and the rivers,
All I do is sit there and stare,
with a shake and a shiver.

Seeing as there are only three entries, I have decided that we
all WIN! Congratulations fellow poets! What do you win? I am not
sure yet, I suppose I will give that some thought, perhaps I
will add a thread that only the winners can see, we will see.
