Gets drunk and sleeps a lot, you're making quite the first

My landlord is sh!t, he never fixes anything.

We're self-sufficient, don't worry about having to entertain us

You would get along really well with our friend Sam. His humor
is so similar.

Hey, he’s a beautiful man, but I was smitten once you finally
came around.

*nudges Steve* Enough out of you. We’re a block from home. I
just finished our spare guest room. It’s so cozy!
