I don't mean to sound old but I swear some the these teens we're
hiring......I'm expecting many firings soon. I can't run a
kitchen like that. Especially during the holidays, we're only
going to get busier from here on out.

thinking the same thing. I know it’s good for them for the
experience but not during the busy season.

jobs AND theirs. And we don't need that. AND the last thing we
need to do is give up the little time off we have.

I think so. And make a pact that unless the kid is exceptional,
we're hiring over 18. Plus that would help anyway if we're
thinking about branching out into alcohol of some sort in the
evenings. Don't need angry Karens flipping sh!t because the 17
year old can't put Bailey's in her coffee. Annnnnd here comes
the morning rush.

*to the girls* Emma, Alice. You’ve got this under control, yes?
*girls nod*
Okay. *takes off apron**to you* Uh, I’m gonna go check the book
shelves. *walks away*
