*Alicent* How long has it been since you've seen her?
Quite a while. I don't get down to Riverrun very often. Edmure's
away a lot, at least that's what I hear, so she's got the whole
seat of the Riverlands to run while he's away, doesn't make
visits very easy. I'd only just been able to send a raven about
what happened to Elias recently. Then immediately told her I'm
to wed Oliver now. She and I spent a lot of time together in the
North as children, our mothers were friends with Lady Stark,
which likely helped broker her marriage to Edmure.

*runs and hugs you* Gods it's good to see you again. *gestures*
This is Alicent Hightower, her father is Hand of the King and
she has been a lifesaver being in the capital surrounded by
mostly old boring men and people I don't know asking me about
wedding things I don't know about. Her and Rhaenyra who is I
have utterly no idea where.
*Alicent* I've heard so much about you. It's lovely to finally
meet you.

No imposition at all. She and I are old friends, I'm just
pleased she's finally here for the wedding festivities.

I believe they've put you up in the east wing of the castle.

wing.
What she means is all the best rooms are in that part of the
castle. *laughs* *turns corner*

*Jaime* Oh certainly not, you may not know this but I actually
took the oath and donned this white cloak just so I could
guard--are those peach tulips? Who chose those? Is this a
wedding or a gift for your grandmother's funeral?
Sarcasm and complaining, Ser Jaime? How very unbecoming of a
lion.
*Jaime* *without turning around* Well, you're about to marry a
very tiny bunch of grapes. But I know how you love your wine.
