       I also have a controller with stick-creep (coincidentally, this
       was my nickname in highschool) did you have to buy a new one, or
       could they repair it? I ask because mine has a "skin" on it
       (sports team decal).
       Back on topic:
       I can see both sides.. I mean, no one really expects Coca-Cola
       company to have an official forums (people would complain about
       their hypocritical commercials showing how the world enjoys
       coke, while plastic fills the world's oceans).
       But then again, a soda is simple, you buy it, drink it and whizz
       it out. There is no reason to ask a lot of questions, no tips,
       hints or suggestions.
       The fact that games no longer come with instruction booklets,
       was the reason for the necessity of the forums...

       GTA vice city came with a book and a big map.
       I had a collection of manuals for pc games.
       In these days if there is something in the box. (Xbox) it's a x
       day trail for Xbox gold. Only for new account.
       Used to be for any account.

       I had just bought it at the first of the year and bought the $5
       warranty so it was a simple swap out for me.  It's the standard
       Sony PS4 Controller.  I don't know how it might work had I not
       have just bought it or didn't have the warranty.  In that case
       they may offer a repair service.
