Infinity Ward Gets Slammed on ESPN

I do not follow e-sports, at all, but I had this little nugget
pop up in my recommended feed on YouTube. Kind of odd that the
day after Crimsix calls infinity ward out, and tells them "get
your shit together", our forum disappears. This is damage
control 101.

LOL I didnt understand 1 word what they talking about. I know
its english LOL. In Germany we call this they "Nuscheln" which
you can translate they "mumble" like crazy.

But criticism from pro players is good as pro players generate

Yeah, they're very hard to understand. In short, they ripped
Infinity Ward for releasing patch 1.13 two days before the
esports league started. The patch included tunings to the
weapons that were left out of the patch notes, mainly, they
nerfed the MP5 a tad. Personally, I like Infinity Ward not
catering to pro players, and forcing them to adapt the same as
we All have to; through trial and error.
Also, they were kind of just bitching because they got beat.

That Crimsix dude was literally wiping his tears when he showed
up :D. They were bitching about the slide cancel getting
removed, from which I understand is more of an exploit anyway,
idk. Also to note, they acted like nobody else had the patch.
Everyone had to adapt to the patch, not just Crimsix. TBH, they
looked like a bunch of whiny bitches. Fully agree with "Infinity
Ward, get your shit together", just not in the same way them
crybabies meant it lol. I did not know they had press
conferences like that either, smh. Yea I'm fine sitting in my
moms basement, with no gf, eating Doritos and playing video
games lol. Paints a better picture than that lineup of clowns I
just saw :D.
(No offense btw. I do get what you were after with the video. I
really despise the whole "pro" everything, and e-SPORTS? Video
games aren't a fuckin sport. The most active they get is when
they stand up to scream at their screen, or to throw their
headset or controller. Please. Sport. :D)

Wholeheartedly agreed. Video games are a form of entertainment
in my books. I played real active sports during all those years
(20+) that I did not play video games.

I tried watching a CDL game, but I was expecting to be able to
hear the call-outs of the actual team members (you know, see how
they think, how they communicate etc..)
Instead I heard two OBNOXIOUS announcers saying dumb crap like
“uh oh, he is about to flip the spawns if he’s not careful!”
Besides these insufferable talking-heads, they showed people
thru walls like a wall hack or something.
I didnt make it past 5 minutes.
Pure garbage.
I think I would rather watch women’s roller derby.
