Installation loop in Xbox

If you are on Xbox and your MW keeps asking after each match for
an update that you have downloaded already then try deleting the
reserved space for the game in your Xbox system.
[li]Go to the Dashboard (Home, Main Menu or whichever name you
use).[/li]
[li]Move over the MW icon. Do not press A.[/li]
[li]Press the menu button on your controller.[/li]
[li]Select "Manage game & add-ons".[/li]
[li]Move to Saved data[/li]
[li]Clear the saved space[/li]
It this did not solve your looping issue then an alternative
taking much longer to implement is deleting and reinstalling the
game from scratch.

Update Loop in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on PlayStation 4
What to do if Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is stuck in an update
loop
We've learned that some PlayStation 4 players are experiencing
update loops with the latest update for Call of Duty: Modern
Warfare. If you're having trouble trying to install the latest
update, launch Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and select Co-op
mode. This may take you to a blank product page, but a
notification should appear in the upper-left corner, indicating
that the Special Ops Pack is downloading. You can verify the
16.7GB download has started by going to the Notifications tab on
the PlayStation homescreen.
If this doesn't resolve your issue, you can download the Special
Ops Pack manually by following these steps:
[li]Highlight the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare tile on the
PlayStation homescreen.[/li]
[li]Press down on the D-Pad and select PlayStation Store.[/li]
[li]Select Your Add-Ons from the options on the right.[/li]
[li]Select the 16.7GB Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Special Ops
Pack from the bottom of the list to start downloading.[/li]
[li]You can verify the 16.7GB download has started by going to
the Notifications tab on the PlayStation homescreen.[/li]
