What is Your Biggest Complaint About the Old Forums?

For me, my biggest gripe with the old forums (prior to being
mismanaged all to hell) is how long pics took to be approved. In
the earlier days, it would 24hrs, tops. Towards the end, I never
saw pictures get approved.
Also, I am mad as hell at Activision for destroying our
community but I look forward to watching this site grow. It's
like Activision has a gag-order they're trying to impose on
everybody in order to save face. I'm sorry, but I've lost all
respect, confidence, and care that I had for Activision or Call
of Duty. Activision could go belly up tomorrow, and all Id say
is, "well, fellas, let's head over to the battlefield forum." I
truly do not care about Activision anymore.

Lack of feedback from its maintainers.[/li]

Stupid people that would argue something even though they were
clearly wrong.
Other stupid people that would state a clear opinion and argue
it as if were fact.
Even more stupid people that would get pissed if others didn't
agree with their opinion.

- pics taking forever.
- lag moderating and administration/Activision community people
- advertising
- that it took long for some people that to get banned.
- some people getting banned because of one fanboi
- one post wonders
- no Devs
- people stating something is OP/ needs a change etc etc.
Without a reason why and/or coming with a (part) solution. O my
to get rid of it

After you hit Dislike, the end of that row should have changed
and there should be a link now labelled 'Undo Rating' instead of
the bunch of icons that are there originally. Hit on that 'Undo
Rating' and the Dislike goes away and you get the icons back.

Only likes is op so a dislike isn't bad.

The amount of players creating a forum account, using it to post
1 thread probably never to return. The place just became
cluttered and the lack of moderation made things worse.
I don't solely blame activision. I think some of the newer
community members didn't really understand how forums should
work, they just saw endless space to air their grievances
against everything in the game.

Yup. And the sad thing is that most of those grievances, if not
all, were not looked into, went likely unnoticed.
