I guess it is here to stay when a company with toxic work
environments, half-complete games at launch and terrible
customer engagement can still rake in $4b per year.

Publishers are in the business to make money. Granted. I have
contributed to their money making. Granted.
Big part of this revenue is from unfair practices of
misinformation about purchases in this game. Example: I made the
mistake of buying the Battle Pass Bundle in Season 1. I bought
the simple Battle Pass for Season 2. I reached Tier 73 last
night and I already have more than 1,000 CP for the next season
from unlocked tiers in this current Battle Pass. The only
operator I plan to buy when it becomes available is Talon. No
more purchases planned.

I don't know if anyone has the answer to this...I didn't buy the
Battle Pass in season one but I'm thinking of getting it now. I
get from a $$$ standpoint it's not worth it to get the BP Bundle
because you should get enough CP by unlocking tiers to buy the
next season, but if I was to buy the BP Bundle now, would I get
whatever I unlocked from Season One? Or just content from
Season Two on?

I believe you are correct, because they made it possible to
unlock the Ram-7 and Crossbow(?) or whatever the 2nd weapon was,
via challenges if you missed out on the first season.

Looks like that's correct. I went ahead and purchased the
bundle anyway because it seemed like a better deal with the 20
level skips, plus it gave me extra CP just in case I happen to
want ones of the operator packages at some point.
