They launched something that is not targeted to the demographic
range I belong to. I have been waiting for the Talon Operator

Last time I checked cod is 18+ or M.
Cod is more useless bollocks than a real game.

This is a very interesting issue, ironic, and kind of moot too
that it affects all video games. What is the use of an 18+
rating if 10 year olds or younger play the games with such
rating? An 11 years old kid was stopped in England yesterday or
today for erratic driving because his parents were fed up with
him playing GTA and took him to a parking lot to practice. It
looks to me that most, if not all, marketing done in MW is
targeted to teenagers and kids. So, what is the rating for
really?

Looking at the situation from above:
Actv would love to sell a copy to every human that has money to
spend.
Even to children who talk their parents into buying it for them.
It is the governments of the world (pressured by
parents/schools/lobbyists/special interest groups) who do not
think it is good for 8 year olds to view and practice murder for
hours and hours every day of their formative years.
So, these governments force game developers, movie producers,
music industry to put ratings and violence/vulgarity warnings on
these products.
But this is merely a compromise... these 18+/M ratings are only
there to appease governments; Actv/EA etc. want to $ell to every
HUMAN, this is why they market “tamagachi” and “anime” weapon
skins ‘aimed’ at children.
In case someone is not aware of what we are referring to:

Agreed. It is an hypocritical lip service. I am aware that it
sounds redundantly pleonastic in my attempt to emphasize it.

Don't get the point of this, speaking maybe to hear them rage
but constant UAV is just silly.

I played games before I had the right age.
But still cod seems to get more and more for kids.
They (Activision and the Devs) need to get their shir together.
Make a game for kids.
Make a game for serious gamers.

March 3rd HOTFIX Patch notes:
HTML https://trello.com/c/ahK6GjiW/97-patch-hotfix-march-3rd
Description
GENERAL FIXES:
Uzi:
Sped up sprint out time
New attachments available through challenges!
New .41 AE caliber change for increased damage and range
New Uzi Carbine Pro Barrel for increased range and bullet
velocity
PC: Fixed a bug where the shaders status bar would read as
paused in the UI even though the shaders were continuing to
install in the background
CoD Caster:
Fixed a bug where killfeed colors would become inverted
Added a way to see when a player has activated Dead Silence
In CDL Domination, the round transition screen would display
“Team Wins” instead of “Switching Sides” when the first round
ends. This has been fixed.
Our patch notes from 2/25 contained weapon notes that did not
actually make it into update itself. The below changes are now
live as of today:
Increased close and mid-range damage for the AK 5.45x39mm round
mags
Reduced recoil to the SA87 12.4 Factory Barrel
============
So apparently the SA87 might feel even stronger than before.

When people would 1v1 back on MW2 or whatever, it was mostly a
quickscope sniper vs sniper match. Having radar always on just
let both players know where each other was. Wasn't "cool"
sniping someone in the back without them aware of where you
were. I suppose it was more of a measure of how good you were
face to face, rather than how sneaky or crafty you were lol.
Also to prevent some assholes from just hiding the whole match.
Last time they had that mode, I had a couple dudes who just sat
in corners the whole time. I had to run my ass off around the
map to find which corner they were in. Boring.
Me and my friends used to do the same back then. We'd also set
health to like 50 or 75 to eliminate most hitmarkers. Sometimes
still get them shooting through objects which was fair imo. I
also preferred the mode to be FFA. First to 30 wins.

This is the main reason why Shipment is my favourite map. I get
killed a lot, sure, like in any other map. But I do not have to
be running and running around to find someone to shoot at or
getting killed in the attempt. Arklov Peak is the example that
comes to mind: I spawn in the stone structure (flag C) and then
I have to run all the way to the hay stack (flag A). Argh!
