       What does it make the JOKR a Charlie level launcher!? Either it
       is the most frustrating launcher, or I have not figured out how
       to operate it. Do you know how to disable the locking system so
       it just shoots if such thing is possible? Do you have any advice
       about its operation?

       No idea, tried using it yesterday and was going to start a very
       similar thread LOL

       After I got killed with the JOKR in a match several times in a
       game, I decided to give him a go as well. As I used him I
       figured this as well. So good question. Funny is it was the
       first match in a long time I didnt used Cold Blooded, because
       you cant get locked with that. But I also had to figure people
       can shoot this thing unlocked in any way.

       Is that the one that instead of flying straight to the target
       has to fly straight up first?
       And 3 seconds to lock on? Annoying..
       Amped might help with quick lock/fire/reload, but as far as just
       disabling lock, I doubt it.
       If its the one described above, its definitely not a run-n-gun
       weapon.. more like hide and pray.
       I think its more suited for Ground War vehicle attacks.

       Yes, that's the one. Annoying piece of hardware indeed.

       The JOKR is not a free fire launcher. You have to wait for it to
       lock on and fire. It will auto lock onto killstreak vehicles and
       track them if they move around. For example it will track a UAV
       through the air as it moves around in the sky. It takes quite a
       while to hit a UAV though. Manual locking by holding down fire
       button will land where you aimed. Aiming on sides of buildings
       will land on top. It isn't the greatest launcher for trying to
       kill players, but you can lock on near vehicles, flags, known
       spots for campers, etc..and fire a rocket and hope someone goes
       there or stays there to get possible multi kills. It has a large
       blast radius. The trade off of course is the length of time
       you're exposed before it fires. Also to note, it will not fire
       if you're too close to where it will land, but it will not warn
       you of overhead objects that can cause it to explode over you
       and most likely kill you. Manual locking takes some time to get
       a feel for where the rocket will actually land. MW2s Javelin
       IMO, was much better at manual locking.
       Auto lock all you need to do is press fire when you're locked
       on. It is nearly suicidal to use it against vtols, pave low
       (forgot what it's called on MW), or anything else that is AI
       controlled without Cold Blooded. It does take 3 rockets to take
       down a vtol. First one to get rid of the flares. I would assume
       it works good against tanks in GW. I've never played the mode,
       but I would hope the JOKR auto locks onto them and tracks them
       as they move.

       I am finally getting a grasp on how this launcher is useful. It
       is good in Shoot House, very inconvenient in Shipment. I don't
       see myself playing it often after maxing it out though.

       I managed to get it gold the other day and after a while
       figuring out the best spots to free aim at it wasn't that hard.
       Can be VERY useful on shipment as it has quite a big explosive
       range.
       Also isn't taken out by flares on Vtol etc (side note, the other
       free fire launchers do not trigger flares either).

       I watched a video of some good gameplay and watched how useful
       this tool can be for taking out vehicles (smart weapon) and even
       see people with thermal/take them out by firing at a nearby tree
       or something (dumb-fired weapon). I never really thought about
       how little I use my secondary in Warzone, but honestly, it's
       rare (unless I take a sniper rifle as Overkill perk) using a
       JOKR on a well-oiled team could be quite useful.
       I will give it a go today. If I get any good video captures, I
