Question about too many pics uploaded
By: STABBOTAGE Date: February 20, 2020, 9:08 am

???
I have created a “Random in-game pic thread” and I regularly
upload screenshots taken in-game.
Does this put too much of a strain on this board’s “free” price
tag?
In other words, are there limits to how many pics I should post?
I don’t want to hog up all the data usage.
Thanks for looking into this.

At the moment I have no idea.
If they are linky things rather than file uploads I don't think
it will be an issue.
Keep going with it dude, if there is a problem then we can
address it once it happens.

You might encounter a limit per upload but it is unlikely that
there is an overall limit on the number of pictures you can
post. The most likely scenario is that the size of each uploaded
file is considered as part of the space allotment for this
forum. Like [member=1]Triumph-Rat[/member] says: Keep it going.
Crossing that bridge will be addressed when we reach it.

Ok cool thanks guys. and FYI: I always try to cut and snip them
down to reduce the overall size.
Thankee! 8)

Thanks, and yeah, they are simply links to postimages.org (not
actually attaching/uploading files)
