       The sense of EMP?

       I just had a game on shipment and I thought now its a good time
       to use my EMP against an enemy VTOL...
       But LOL it didnt made anything to that thing. So whats the point
       of even using it? It just gives you points by hitting enemies,
       but it doesnt take down a VTOL. Kinda strange and besides all
       "reality".

       It stands for Electro-Magnetic Pulse.
       It only knocks out electronics (temporarily)
       So if you have UAV up—GONE (the UAV may still be flying but you
       cannot see any data on your screen)
       If you have Personal Radar—GONE
       No reticle, no spraypainting, no launching of killstreaks.
       Basically you blind the people you hit.
       It works but its not very effective UNLESS you manage to see
       someone using a shield turret, if you manage a direct hit it
       will destroy the turret and kill the user also (dont ask me how
       I know :(  )

       I know we cant compare reality with a game...But when in reality
       a EMP strike hits a electric device like, for example a VTOL,
       its gone/destroyed  ;D

       I wonder if the thought process was:
       It takes typically 8 kills to get a VTOL
       An EMP is just a field upgrade that auto-populates every couple
       minutes.
       Not saying I agree with that logic since:
       1. It takes skill to fly a drone into a VTOL
       2. You risk your life while flying the drone since you are a
       sitting duck while using the “iPad”
       3. Any yahoo could whip out an RPG and take out a VTOL.
