       IAV stands for Infantry Assault Vehicle. I think it is at the
       same level as VTOL Jets.

       Yes, I think I may give this one a miss as well.
       It is the alternative to a Wheelson (7 kills I think) but can
       only be used in ground war or on Grazna Raid out of the normal
       maps if I remember correctly

       Correct. It is at the same level as the wheelson, one kill less
       than a VTOL Jet. The description says that it is available only
       in selected maps. If the map does not have it then you get a
       wheelson. I have seen the IAV used in Arklov Peak too.
