Pistols, Again.

I know I've talked about this before, but does anybody else feel
like the pistols are amazing in this game? When I am doing
reticle unlock challenges, like I have been, I go extremely
negative. However, I had to get 30 pistol kills with a reflex
site, and did so in one match. I do not have my pistols ranked
up very high, at all. I have maybe 2 or 3 sights unlocked for
each, but I legitimately do considerably better when I play with
a pistol only, as opposed to using a primary weapon.
Oh, and the DEAGLE; that shit is amazing if you're accurate. I
threw a reflex site, the barrel that extended range and bullet
damage, and the lightweight trigger, and was a headshot machine.
Seriously, you can aim for the head and get the headshots you
try for, as well as the headshots you get that are the lucky
result of a double-tap. Just aim for the chest, and your second
shot will pop them in the noggin.
I always read threads about people using pistols, and always
assumed the pistols would be the hardest to get gold in past
CoDs- maybe I was wrong.
Seriously, do you guys think the pistols are overpowered as a
secondary, or are they right where they should be. I do still
have a really fast trigger finger, so that may help with a
couple of them, but these pistols honestly feel ridiculous.

I don't know. The only pistol I have any kills with is the .357.
I thought about giving some other ones a go, but haven't yet. I
guess I wouldn't really call them OP since I rarely get killed
by them. The snake shot .357 can be annoying at times, probably
why I use it sometimes lol. The way my controller is remapped,
semi auto weapons aren't the best for me. My middle finger is
the trigger, and don't work quite as fast or as coordinated as
my index finger lol.
G18s would be beast though 😀. (Hornets from Infinate
Warfare, which you get as a prestige weapon unlock)

Oh man, you've got to try out that . 50 pistol brother. It is
absolutely amazing, regardless of the range.
I wish I could say the same about not getting killed by them
very often, but since the update, I always get paired against a
douche with a riot shield and dual wield pistols. Those bastards
fire fast af, all of them, when dual wielding.

Agreed. The .50 GS is the best handgun when all handguns are at
the same low level. All handguns are good once you unlock their
"high level" attachments.

I'm using pistols right now, just to see how much better they
get once their unlocks are all available.

Level them up in the reverse under they were unlocked: .50 GS,
M19, .375, 1911, X16. I found this order a lot of fun and eye
opening.
