Yellow clan tags

I see some people have yellow clan tags. Is this a bug, or
cheat/hack !?

Oh shit, not this again. Weren't yellow clan tags used during
Clan Wars in Ghost? I would hate to think that means they are
bringing it back.

Its part if the new regiment system.
I created one called TOXIC N3RDS
If someone joins, and we squad up during our “happy hour” we
will enjoy 2XP for that time.
I can change the happy hour to whatever we like.
My current normal clan tag will still show as [TOXIC] but if
someone from my regiment lobbies up w/ me then my tag will
change to whatever I have set it to (in my case it will say
[N3RDY] in yellow
