This is Tin Foil Hat Material! Possible Sabotage within IW?

I know there have been various YouTubers hop on the bandwagon of
hate against this game, and that's to be expected. However, I've
noticed a growing belief among some of the bigger YouTubers,
like PrestigeIsKey (haha, he was an ambassador, btw), that all
of these errors and bugs and glitches, may be the work of one,
or a few, employees at Infinity Ward who are unhappy with the
way they have been treated. When I first heard this, I thought,
"Damn, anything for views nowadays, huh?",but when you strip
away the layers, I hate to say it, I can see why so many believe
this to be intentional sabotage.
First, even though the big group that was fired back in the day
are largely still not employed by Activision, it was well
documented that some members from the original IW team were
returning for this CoD. Is it really that beyond belief that an
employee who was brought back, after leaving to go to Respawn,
may have had an axe to grind with Activision for the way they
were treated back in the day, which included Activision failing
to pay the studio for a period of time? Granted, this would be
the ultimate in "long plays", but I can see it as a possibility.
Also, you have to factor in that this is Infinity Ward we are
talking about, working on their Xth Call of Duty. You mean to
tell me that, in all of this time, the developers never realized
where potential problems will lie while designing a game? I'm
not game developer, bit a lot of the things I have read from
Game Developer boards, say that the bugs and errors in this game
are considered "rookie mistakes." I am amazed at how broken this
game has been, and even more surprised when they went dark as a
studio in regards to interacting with their customers. I almost
got the sense that everybody was afraid to say anything, for
fear of being labeled "the one responsible for this mess."
What do you guys think? Is this just some far-fetched scenario,
dreamed up by a desperate YouTuber, or do you believe there may
be some truth to this allegation? I'm interested in what you all
have to say.

I think there are definitely problems at IW, apparently they
have quite a few jobs going within development and from what I
saw the jobs don't pay as well as I thought they would.
The stress levels in that sort of job must be through the roof
so I can imagine a few employees with a bit of a f**k you
attitude. Even if it isn't deliberate sabotage there is
certainly the chance of mistakes and overall bad decisions being
made.

If true, it would accomplish two things:
1. Get back at “the man”
2. Provide job security.

Let's face it.
if you were a gamer and worked for them, seeing the way they are
currently treating their player-base, wouldn't you be tempted
(just a little bit) to put a couple of wrong letters or numbers
in their coding to spice things up a bit?
