       How to Create A Paypal ccount..

       Step -1
       Visit this URL-

       Step-2
       Click on SignUp (In The Left hand Side)..
       Step-3
       Now there will be 3 Options on your Screen-
       1. Personal (it's Free)
       2. Premier
       3. Business
       So we will choose the Personal Account,
       Now click on GET STARTED below The Personal Account in Left hand
       Side..
       Step-4
       Now it will ask you to Enter Your Information, Fill The form
       Wisely and Give only Correct information.....
       There You will get a Screen something like this, Follow the
       Instructions and Create your Personal Paypal Account-

       I can not go further at present because Paypal will make my
       Account limited if I try to create 2 accounts on same IP...
       You will not get any problem after that, I will tell you later
       how to add your Bank Account in Paypal and how to verify the
       same with payPal....
       Some important points-
       1. Make sure you are not using any VPN or Proxy while creating
       or browsing your Paypal Account..
       2. Always give True and Genuine information to PayPal, They will
       not sell it to 3rd party..
       3. In order to receive Money in your PayPal account, You 1st
       need to verify your Bank Account..
       4. You can not Transfer Money to any Indian and you can not buy
       Hosting etc without verifying your Credit Card with PayPal..
       5. The 4th and Last digit of your PAN Card must be P and 5th
       digit must be 1st letter of your SurName, in my case it will be
       S for  Saluja....
