       Date: Monday, January 7th
       Time: 9:00 p.m. EST SHARP
       What: 3 races, with a bonus elimination round
       District: Financial
       Details: This race will take place in Financial. It will cover
       the highway around the city and back again. There will be three
       races of the track. Each race winner will compete In a final
       round. This means EVERYONE has a chance to place until the end
       of the third round. As a bonus treat, in that fourth and final
       round, all remaining participants will form a grief compliment
       to make the competitors EARN that win.
       Tickets will be posted on the Marketplace the week of the event.
       Anyone who purchases one is eligible to compete!
       PRIZES
       First place: 2 Slot Cisco
       Second place: 1 Slot Cisco
       Third place: Level 3 Modification of choice.
