       Date: Friday, March 8th
       Time: 11:00 p.m. EST
       What: Road Race
       District: Waterfront
       Details: Any car, any mods. This time around we will be running
       3 primary heats, followed by 3 final heats.
       For the final heats: The three winners for each place will race
       against eachother for the final placement.  Also any
       non-qualifiers are welcome to hang around & grief the contenders
       in the final 3 rounds!!!
       Example: Three 3rd place winners will race for 3rd place.  Three
       2nd place winners will race for 2nd place.  Three 1st place
       winners will race for 1st place.
       Tickets will be posted on the Marketplace the day prior to the
       event. Any clan member who purchases one is eligible to compete!
