       Race 1.4

       Date: Thursday, February 21st
       Time: 10:00 p.m. EST SHARP
       What: Scavenger Hunt
       District: Financial
       Details: This "race" will involve the below list of vehicles.
       Each participant must go out, find a vehicle (they must be found
       in the world, not spawned), and bring it to the parking garage,
       across the street from Wilson LeBoyce, to drop off AND DESTROY
       IT. Every vehicle must be dropped off in order, and destroyed
       before moving on to the next vehicle.
       Tickets will be posted on the Marketplace the prior to the day
       of the event. Anyone who purchases one is eligible to compete!

       This should be interesting.
       I would like more true races, but this does take care of the
       trolling issues we had at the last race, hopefully.
       That dump truck. I'm not even sure there is a spot where they
       regularly spawn in Financial.
