hello! welcome to the lights. we are a fierce group of loners,
rougues, and occasional kittypets who live three sun-ups away
from the four main clans. we are rivals to them- so maybe it's
good we're far away...[/font][/center]
[spoiler=religion & myths][center][font=times new roman]you see,
this is one of the main reasons the four and the lights are
rivals. the lights, we believe in a clan named nightclan. it's
just like Starclan, except we have no dark forest or such-
that's rubbish! every cat goes to nightclan- although there's
prison or the meadow. prison is the gateway where we keep the
darkest of traitors. the meadow is where everyone runs free. but
even nightclan and starclan fight together sometimes... each
leader gets nine lives, just as the clan cats do. nightclan
wouldn't be unfair.
so this, is our religion. you must believe to be in the clan- or
else you'll be turned down and chased off.
there are no myths yet.[/font][/center][/spoiler]
[spoiler=territory][center][font=times new roman]our territory
is unique actually. we live in an abandone two-leg area, where
they come in the summer. in summer, we find our back-up homes.
all of us have a different little cabin.
the biggest one belongs to our leader. the one closest to that
is the deputy's cabin- both of those cabins are spacey and
decorated the way those hps would like. the medicene cat
apprentices and the medicene cat share a medium sized den,
decorated with herbs of all sorts. there are two bedrooms and a
loft. apprentices usually will sleep in the bedrooms and the
medicene cat sleeps on gathered blankets, pillows, and couches
up in the loft.
tracker jackers are semi-hps so they'll get a room like a
warrior's. the cabin has three rooms, and a loft. their cabin is
usually decorated with things to study, or things from their
travels. the warriors own a cabin with five bedrooms, but no
loft. some must sleep in the kitchen or in the living room if
there's no space. the she-cats usually sleep in three rooms,
where the toms get two rooms and the rest of the cabin.
apprentices own a dainty little cabin closest to the tracker
jackers and warriors. their little cabin is a home to one
bedroom, and a mini-loft. their cabin is decorated in many
different ways, often changing every season (winter, fall,
summer, and spring). the nursery is a small cabin also, home to
the kits, nurse, queens, and pregnant queens. it is decorated
with something that shows how many kits are in the nursery. last
but not least, the elder's cabin. it is an extremely small
cabin, only one bedroom. the elders prefer to lay on the couches
or beds and relax- watching the two-leg box. most of them will
come useful when twolegs come by. they translate their words but
can't speak to the twolegs.
the cabins are alined in a long, straight line on the shore of a
lake. the lake is home to many of fish, and birds- mostly ducks
which make a nice meal. there are otters too- but the otters are
stubborn. although, they are the lights' allies, helping them
hunt and fighting along besides them when needed. behind their
cabins is home to bunches o twolegs- although, like i'd said,
they aren't around during winter, or fall, really. they start to
come around mid-spring, leaving a few sun-ups before fall. to
both sides of the cabins are lush, green forests, good for
hunting. as you can see, the lights scored big on territory.
becoming leader means swimming across the lake to the 'bright
tree' and earning nine lives. the bright tree is a dogwood tree
with pink flowers blooming on it.[/font][/center][/spoiler]
[spoiler=definitions][center][font=times new roman]leader- the
cat that leads the clan to bad or good.
deputy- the second-in-command that will take over when the
leader dies.
medicene cat- a cat that treats the wounded. she/he will coach
two cats- one of which will be half mca half apprentice.
medicene apprentices- one apprentices (the one who does the
best) shall become the medicene cat. the other apprentice will
learn about herbs, and wil be called in after battles to help.
tracker jackers- three cats who are the best trackers or
fighterss in the group. these are the cats who lead battle
patrols, raid, or ambush the clans.
nurse- the she-cat who has had many litters and will help other
she's give birth.
warriors- the cats who fight and hunt for the clan.
apprentice- the cats who are training to be warriors. training
starts at six moons.
queens- pregnant or nursing she-cats who have or are expecting
kits. expecting cats will be moved into the nursery two moons
before birth.
kits- cats younger than six moons are called kits.
elders- the retired cats. but their learning does not end- they
are expected to know two-leg tongue.
fun language
"rat breath!"- an insult of one saying they have breath like a
rat's.
"fish paste."- a cuss word that means 'sh.t' in two-leg tongue.
"mud face!"- an insult expressing ultimate hatred for one-
calling them ugly.
"snake heart!" - an insult meaning the cat has no heart.
"silly otter."- a playful remark calling someone 'silly goose'
in two-leg tongue.[/font][/center]

[spoiler=history][center][font=times new roman]the lights
started out in skyclan, but after skyclan was kicked out, they
seperated. they collected cats from all around, deeming revenge
on the big four. of course, they had spies in each clan- weither
the cats were born there or just joined for the lights. this
still happens- but some ctas of the clans know about it.
anyways, the lights learned to adapt to their new home- strong
legs helping decorate the cabins. soon, they attacked the clans-
but were beat. unfortanately, they were ambushed by a group of
snappy rougues- but this battle they won viciously. much blood
was shed of both groups- lives severed. many of the rougues
joined the lights, and during the big four battle, many also
transfered. seasons later, the lights took on the ambush of the
big four. but they were all over the place, having no ambush
patrols. this is how the tracker jackers were formed. the leader
now had logic, where each patrol attacked a clan in mid-day when
everyone was training or hunting. they won over, three but were
defeated by shadowclan. this was a victory nobody
forgot.[/font][/center][/spoiler]

1. as always, leader's word is law
2. girl leaders cannot have kits
3. no insulting otters- they are very sensitive
4. tracker jackers cannot have mates
5. speaking with the clans are forbidden unless you are sent to
spy.
6 kits and elders are forbidden to leave camp.
