       Dinner

       I just had to share this:
       So I'm in Los Angeles for a 2 week long Engineering training,
       and I wandered up the road from my hotel to see what culinary
       delights I could find.  I stumbled upon a fish and chips place
       and this was my dinner:
       Beer Battered Fish, Shrimp, Calamari, Crab Cake,Scallops and
       Hush Puppies with Grilled Corn and Garlic Rosemary Potatoes on
       the side.  Sauces are tartar, wasabi tartar, curry, ceviche,
       remoulade, shrimp sauce, and some others that I don't know what
       they are, but they are heavenly.
       I don't normally go in for lots of fried food but this was
       excellent.  The place also has a whole other menu of fresh
       grilled fish...I'll likely try one of those later during my
       stay.

       That looks and sounds so amazing. I feel compelled to find the
       recipe for wasabi tarter sauce.
