Favorite Bar Scene in Movie or TV

Mine would be the bar scene in Beautiful Girls when they sing
"Sweet Caroline". Though I am of a certain age, and very aware
of the bar scene from Top Gun with "You've Lost That Loving
Feeling," I'm just not a Top Gun fan.
The gasps.
The horror.
It's the Navy. They're pilots. Meh. Iron Eagle was better. That
was the Air Force.
Note: No offense to any Sailors or relatives of Sailors. I love
those guys. It is just my right and duty to bust your balls.
Especially over Top Gun.
Danger zone.

The flashback scene in Airplane! when one Girl Scout knocks the
other clear along the length of the bar into a jukebox, which
promptly begins playing the Bee Gees.
;D

Airplane! was amazingly funny. Too bad satire movies today pale
in comparison.

I love all the bar scenes in Chicago Fire & Chicago PD. Molly's
is the watering hole for both shows and gives characters from
both the chance to interact normally. Just a good bar.

The Fellowship of the Ring...I don't know. Bar scenes elude me
at the moment. There was one in The Guardian where a fight
ensued I think. I do enjoy a good fight.

Coming at it from a different angle, the opening Paris bar scene
of Ronin comes to mind. There's no action and little dialog but
the atmosphere is rich with paranoid tension. Really sets the
mood for the whole film.

The movie, NED KELLY, (Heath Ledger, Geoffrey Rush, Orlando
bloom, Joel Edgerton) When all the Victorian Police have the
Kelly Gang surrounded in the Glenrowan pub and they keep
shooting into the pub to kill them all. Joe Byrne says 'I think
i need a drink' and gets up to walk to the bar when he props up
and pours at the bar into his glass he cops multiple of shots
and dies.
Now thats dying for a drink.
