A. Normally eating a meal when I'm watching GoT, so it depends
on the quality of food. Anything from free beer (a perk of
working at a brewery) through to a decent bottle of wine from
the wine fridge (still have a few decent bottles from Napa and
Tuscany).
B. I read in bed, where bringing refreshments is unfortunately
frowned upon.
C. I think an ice cold beer is great for GoTA; sure, the cold
means I lose some of the sensory notes from the beer, but I find
it soothes the repetitive strain from all tapping to send out my
SS.

I've had a look at the link you posted Kep, so methinks this may
not sit well with you, but I work with Carlton & United
Breweries. We have about half of the Australian market, and are
owned by SABMiller, which is the second biggest in the world
with a couple of hundred breweries.
I think some people that are really into craft beers have a view
that Big = Bad, but truth be told we spend a staggering amount
of time measuring, benchmarking, and improving the quality of
our beers.
A lot of the smaller operations locally are fortunate in that
consumer education for beer is generally nowhere what is for
wine, so very few people can spot defects in beer (Corona
anyone?) On the positive side, for most that means there is no
such thing as a bad beer.
Cheers!

On the contrary, I have no problem with big breweries. I have
liked Labatts (Canadian) for quite a while. Busch merged with
Inbev, and there are many good beers from them. I just happened
to visit Ommegang when I was in Cooperstown to see the Baseball
Hall of Fame.
Ommegang has a little cafe on the grounds of its brewery and
they make all kinds of good food with their beers as an
ingredient in most.

A) typically a good IPA or Red Ale. Sometimes an imperial Stout
if it's an episode based in the north.
B) mulled wine is always good. I may also drink a Stout or
Porter as I've done most of my reading in the winter.
C) Usually straight bourbon or whatever home brew I have lying
around.

A) Beer of choice for me is a Hahn Super Dry or Hahn 3.5.
although I only drink once a month these days due to drinking a
mother load over the past 15 years.
B) Watching Game of Thrones, my ritual is a couple of pipes of
earths finest.
