Seeking advice - Lamey's first reincarnation

As I’m approaching my first reincarnation, I thought I’d appeal
to the wisdom of those who have gone before me to highlight any
gaps.
Assuming I can get through them at the relaxed pace I want to
travel, I’m planning on going some combination of Stark – Tully
– Tyrell. (If I can lock down my endpoint of either Tully or
Tyrell, I will do the other first and Stark second.)
In terms of preparedness, I have:
SS:
Battle)
Food:
Gear: I have a few already permanent items, and will go through
changing the names of some other pieces after the last of the
crafting wraps up (I’m planning on finishing off an Offering and
making that perm as it will be handy later regardless of the
quality).
Some of the gear I’ll consider making perm (if I have enough
gold)
1 x Master Mercer & Spicer
The Fine Masterwork Greatsword of Ravens (even if it’s just to
hang over the fire)
1-2 each of Lannister Insignia Banners / False Coins /
Braavosi Coins
Jeweled Armor (nothing special, just took too long to make it
to leave it behind)
Trade envoy (10T, +8%A/D trade)
On the low priority list
Alloyed Torc (low on the list, but I don’t have too many high
quality Trade armors)
Trebuchet of Riches (23 Trade)
Hoarding Elite Cavalryman of Prosperity (10/19/10 +6%A/D)
Furtive Armored Knight of Coins (7/9/23 +1% Battle def, + 4%
A/D Fight)
Once the SS bring in the last of the sacrifices to make the
offering, I’ll likely use the rest of the crafting time to pick
up some extra seals in P2P and make some Treasurer’s Imprints
(+2T, +1%A/D T). I could instead do some Lannister Seals, but I
don’t want to invest that amount of time on them just now (15
hrs each + component crafting).
So… what am I not thinking of? I could farm some more drops -
say crystal swords – but I won’t have the gold to keep them.
I’ll also be leaving behind about 150k silver and 1600
barter/bribe spoils.
Any thoughts / suggestions appreciated.

Hi Lamey, I personally would make peerless high-tier crafts
(especially those with stats and bonuses that make you drool
over and over again), those high level peerless SS and important
ingredients to crafting a dragon (those that require quite some
time to reach) permanent. The rest (including spoils and crystal
swords) could be easily collected once you have about 50 SS
running adventure chains.

I have read on the DB forums that a small number of players have
lost perm items when reincarnating. Although the tech support
guys can usually restore the missing items, some players
recommend making a list of permed stuff before you reincarnate.
This helps speed along the restoration just in case.

I used permanent gear and units I renamed on 10-12 peerless SS
around Level 20 that i used ( I have 80 odd SS) on both Intrigue
and Battle. I had 1 peerless Barter, Bribe & Swindle and the
rest didn't have any gear. All My Barters had little or no gear
and units and I still succeeded in 400 barters to get the
Obsidian every time i went for it which was 3 times.
I used the 10-12 peerless SSfor main missions.

Thanks for all the advice!
I had read a few posts about lost items upon reincarnation; one
suggestion was to sell off all the excess, and then take
screenshots of all the perm gear. (I'd be devastated if I lost
my manly not-a-dress!)
