The User Ranks are achieved once you get to a certain amount of
posts.
I am the only one who can make someone a Staff member.
You can request to become a Samurai on your user settings, and a
mod has to accept of decline.

Regulators can modify posts, delete them and move boards.

I don't think that I'm ready to be a regulator yet, I could do
the job but I don't think I have the time on my hands. I'll have
to see how much I'm able to get on here and eventually maybe I
would volunteer for something like that.
