Requiem: The Death of Johnny Gat (remake)

This is complete remake of my old story and ever since I saw the
way they killed Gat in SR3, I've been writing a better, more
deserving death scene for Johnny. The following is my version of
should have happened.

During the plane fiasco, Johnny escapes with them after killing
the rest of Loren's thugs. He parachutes down with the Boss and
Shaundi and they land. Then they try to figure out what to do.
After a while, they figure out there's a warehouse nearby that
stores a lot of Loren's shipments including drugs, weapons, and
secret trades. Taking down the warehouse would put a major dent
in Loren's operation.
As they all got ready, Johnny said how much he can't wait to
fuck Loren up. They all loaded up on weapons and headed out. On
the way, the Boss comments about what Johnny said in jail about
how the Saints have gone soft.
Boss: "Look, I know we sold out. But I didn't want to be a
jewelry store robbing street kid forever. We all dream big and
few ever make it. Especially people like us. Look at us, we
started out in the projects and now we're in skyscrapers
partying everyday, throwing fuckin' 1000 dollar bills in the air
like it's nothing."
Johnny: "I know. But we used to be a total force. Now look at
us. Posing for fucking pictures, a movie is being made of us.
This is not what I signed on for. Well, maybe getting money but
not stupid shit like that billboard. I don't wanna be a
celebrity, I wanna be me. I'm a killer, plain and simple. I'm
not fuckin' Brad Pitt."
The Boss sighs and keeps driving. Eventually they arrive at the
warehouse. No one seems to be there. They head in anyway and set
up a few explosives. Enough to blow it sky high.
Boss: Alright, now lets get ou--"
All of a sudden at least 40 MorningStar rush out and cock their
guns. Loren can be heard over a loudspeaker (though he is not
there).
Loren: "Did you really think you could storm into my warehouse
and just ruin my operations without me knowing? You forget, this
is MY city. However I want you alive so I can make an example of
you. Bring them to me alive."
He says to his soldiers.
The MorningStar keeps thei guns pointed at them but Gat pushes
them out the door and locks the Boss and Shaundi and Pierce out.
Boss: "Johnny! Don't do this!!"
Johnny: "It's alright. Go, I'll hold them off."
Shaundi: "Johnny please! Stop!"
As Johnny bends down and picks up an AK, this song begins to
play.

Johnny knows he's not leaving alive. But he damn sure is not
going down without a fight.
Boss soon realizes it.
Boss: "Johnny no!! STOP!! DON'T DO THIS! JOHNNY!!!"
He bangs on the door and begs him not to, Shaundi begins crying
as Gat marches forward. Pierce yells that they have to go, the
whole warehouse is rigged to blow.
Shaundi: "NO! NOT WITHOUT JOHNNY!! GET OFF ME!"
Gat marches forward and slowly cracks his neck.
MorningStar: "Put your hands up!"
Gat looks up and tosses his glasses off.
Everything goes in slow motion, no audio is heard but the music.
Gat raises his rifle.
Shaundi (silently mouthing in slow motion being dragged off by
Pierce): "JOOOOOOHNNNNYYYYYY!!!!"
Gat opens fire on everyone and runs forward firing every last
bullet he can. The MorningStar fire back and he gets hit in the
shoulder. he still runs forward and fires. He gets shot in the
leg but keeps going. He runs out of ammo. He pulls a pistol and
empties the clip into as many as he can but just keeps getting
shot.
Eventually, he falls after getting riddeled with bullets. He's
still breathing though, but he's dying.
As he slowly tries to get up, he coughs up blood.

Johnny: "A-...Aisha."
The MorningStar sorround him. He's losing a lot of blood. Very
few of them actually remain. With all of the strength he has
left in him, he leaps and tackles one of them and holds him
hostage.
He takes a detonator from his pocket.
Johnny: "I'm taking...you fuckers...with me."
They cock their guns ready to shoot him.
Pierce, Shaundi and the Boss are running in slow motion.
Johnny pushes the button.
Johnny: "I'm coming, Aisha."
He closes his eyes. And the entire warehouse erupts in a
fireball. Destroying everything. And everyone.
Shaundi: "NOOOOO!!!"
Pierce drags her away as she's crying. Boss is in tears but
knows they have to get out before more arrive.
They drive home. Shaundi passes out from the shock.
Boss parks in an alleyway. He stares at the floor. He begins
hitting the wheel over and over. He slams his fists in the
dashboard.
Pierce: "Boss! I know it's hard but we gotta go. There's more on
the way probably. Please."
The Boss crosses his arms on the wheel and rests his head on
them. He sniffs and brgins his head back up and starts the car
again and begins driving away.
To be continued. The rest will be the funeral and the revenge on
Loren.

Haha! Now thats more like it! And you always pick out some great
music to go with your stories! I cant wait till the saints get
revenge!

Thanks guys. Like I said, the next part will mainly focus on the
funeral and th revenge on Loren. Loren's death in the game was
so shitty that I wanted to re-write it too.
Although I kinda did already with "The Siege" if anyone
remembers that.

Who ever wrote the Story Line for SRTT could bloody learn
something here.

Thanks Ayngel. I appreciate that everyone loves the music
because it's one of the most important things in any story for
me.
Next part might be up like later day. Which will be the funeral.
If I write both the funeral and the revenge on Loren in one
chapter, it might be tomorrow.

God my spelling is not good at the early hours of the morning is
not too good lol
I love this story Shadow it's comforting that you’re writing a
story that Gives Johnny Gat the ending and send off that someone
of his stature deserves, you would think Volition would have
done the same. Guess producing 40 weeks of DLC was more
important huh
Can't wait to read the rest :-)

Lord knows we need a fucking shark gun rather than a decent
story.
But yeah thanks. I know Gat may not have been the most
sentimental type of guy but since he was gonna go, I figured he
should go not only the way he lived (hail of bullets and
ultimately taking everyone with him) but thinking of his lost
wife.
Also just as an opinion, would you like the funeral to be like
the one I wrote before on the other forum, or write a totally
new one?

Yeah well I think fart in a jar is what makes a good game... now
pass me my dildo bat :-D
All I can Say Shadow is write it how you feel it should be, I
can see from your story so far that you have a good feel for
Johnny Gats character and I know you will give him a good send
off.
But you know what I would like to see in the story..... is some
good Eulogies made by his Friends/Gang members somewhat like a
montage of Gats best bits (with a good sound track thrown in)
