He came into my thread about asking for any kind of tool to
organize the garage, or even just unlock the delete fixture for
DLC vehicles and said pretty much the same thing...
So seriously over this game, that site, and Voltion in
general...

I guess you can compare it to SR3.
Every time they upgrade the site they for get about the small
features that made the site great and accessible (No PM system?
No search feature? No jumping to new post?). They tried to
upgrade the SR series in SR3 and made over the top gameplay, but
forgot other small features that attracted us to the SR series
to begin with. (No MP, less customization for cribs, story was
lacking and just a big joke, can't replay missions, no cheats in
co-op, etc...)
Yeah the forums seems to be overruned with newbies, but that is
nothing new. Same thing happen when SR2 came out and pretty sure
it was like that when SR1 came out. The difference this time is
that there isn't any regulars still hanging around to keep
things in check or huge fans of the game to actually try and
keep it organized.
Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see a sticky thread for:
-List of activities and what they unlock when completed
-List of cheats
-List of cars
-List of clothing
When SR2 came out, threads like those were already out by now.
One of cool one's was created by SarDelic (I think I got his
name right). He made a thread of all the cars in SR2 with a pic
and description on where it possibly can be found. I don't see
that kind of dedication this time around or maybe it's too soon.
Another example is Badfella in the SR1 days where he had his own
magazine thing going for a while which was pretty bad ass.
Like I said I might just be blind and there are threads like
that.

Your right Ed, I feel less creative playing the game, you get
all this pre-selected stuff and there's no room to show off what
you got because everyone can do it.
I do remember V doing that member spotlight thing for a while,
then Ayg did an awesome job with her News article thread. I
remember Sar did another thread on good techniques on how to
create a character and stuff like that too.

volition are dogshit now and its because they sold out. All they
had to do was improve upon SR2 but no, instead they cut most of
what we enjoyed outta SR3, srly all the activites that i loved
playing in SR2 were taken out or replaced while the shitty ones
got left in. I dont know how many times it needs to be said but
trailblazing sucks! and the new variations suck aswell. A tiger
in your car is still escort just like tank mayhem is still
mayhem these exceptions dont make much of a difference when its
still the same repetitive crap and as far as im conern guardian
angel shouldnt be counted as an activity when its only two
levels. To me thought the 40 weeks of DLC has to be the biggest
dissapointment of them all. The devs are forcing us to pay for
content that shouldve already been in the game, thats if you
have videogame internet, i dont so i cant download shit.
As for the forums, it would be rather pointless to go back,
since the people i like the most are all grouped together here
on Ayngels site. This is what the forums used to be and i
appreciate ayngel and others supporting her with helping to
recreate the old SRforums experience. It feels nice to start
fresh again, back in the day i was somewhat of a spam whore lol
most of yall know will know what im talking about.

As of last night, all I see when I visit the site is a blank
page with "//" in the upper left hand corner...
Have I been banned?
