I freaking love this game, it's great. I really enjoy it
compared to CoD. It's more challenging and your can't just solo
through MP matches.
I do find it really stupid that you have to unlock counter
measures for the jet though. I can't fly for more than 10
seconds without someone shooting me down because I can't deploy
flares to escape, and why can't I deploy flares? Because I
haven't scored any points with it yet, and why haven't I scored
any points? Because I can't fly for more than 10 seconds without
someone shooting me down because I can't deploy flares to
escape, and why can't I deploy flares?
You get the point. It's stupid design choice.

So basically you're saying in trying not break the game with
making the Jet impossible to destroy they've infact made it
impossible to utilise properly?

I agree completely. This was a bad design choice on DICE's part.
But I think they more than make up for it with the good ones.
The server browser was a stroke of genius and a life-saver.
Also, their combating of the disc space issues on the Xbox 360
by splitting the game onto two discs, and bundling an optional
HD graphics update was great. I look at PC footage on the
internet and then play my copy of the game and honestly can't
see the difference.
Still haven't even touched the single-player. Has anybody?
Judging by the scathing reviews about it, I'd say it's not even
worth it. Unless you're an Achievement Whore...

I can't find the F-35. It's supposed to be in Wake Island and
Gulf of Oman...
