The one thing I would like to stress during the growth of this
place you have to do it slowly from what I saw of the SRForums
they started to get overwhelming amounts of members around E3
and they didn't have enough mods to sort the problems out due to
V-Sing running it on his own then having to go to many game
expo's to do write ups. It was too much too soon now its
absolutly out of control for the moment.

I am thinking inside the main Sandbox category, we have seperate
subforums for the various sand box game franchises...
Saints Row
GTA
Mercenaries
Then subforums to handle threst, like Crackdown, Scarface, Mafia
etc... I think to get its own subforum in Sandbox, a franchise
should have at least 3 iteratons... I am of course open to
dropping it to two, so we can get RDR and Mafia there own
subforums... thats really up to you all.
What I am curious about, is do we include things that skirt the
sandbox line... like Assassins Creed and the Fallout games? I
say yes, but we will need to draw lines in the sand
somewhere....

Yeah I know, Unless we start off with a select few in that skirt
the sand box line ones that are more in demand?
So what titles do you think should go into the Sandbox section?
If you guys give me a list.
@Ganton - Yeah I so know what you mean that was hellish! For a
long time poor V-Sig did have to go it alone when running the
Forum. We did have two main mods back in the day -V-Singular and
Imac and they both managed to keep the place mostly troll free,
they were on their asses in a flash.
I think if we did branch out we have a good core team with all
you guys here. All members as is now could be the team running
this project.
But as I said I will not do that unless I have the ok from you
guys, as this is our forum after all.

I like Wisdom000's pitch there but maybe we should just do the
top 3 he mentioned like SR, GTA and Mercenaries for now in terms
of games. But judging from our sections and members we have some
radically diverse skill sets and niches which in turn really do
hint at this place being a pretty multi-purpose site for
creative people.

Also we should probably throw in Just Cause 2 and Red Faction:
Guerilla as they are sandbox games too.
Also Ayngel have you thought about getting in touch with
IdolNinja and Sam Lynch I know those 2 and countless others did
some brilliant stuff with SR2 i'd also imagine they've modded
other games. But i'd keep it PC only because obviously the whole
console modding thing is a big no no and we don't want this
place shut down.

Just put what you think will be good Ganton, Widom is a mod on
The Sandbox too so maybe you both can come up with a good list
together.
With the lack of PM over on SRF I'm finding it hard... Ah wait I
have Sam as a friend on Twitter I will send him a message and
tell him to join our gang lol and he may be in contact with Idol
and pass a message on for me.

I like the idea of making the forum larger. A good number of
moderators is also a good idea because that means more people to
keep up on things. We can get word of the forum out for people
who like the privacy of PM's and just overall discussion about
things in general we also have pretty easy navigation on this
site, which is something I like.
