Lawsuit, anyone?
Could that be done? Would that go under false advertising?
Well the season pass was false advertising, because they said it
was 3 free DLC, but in the end its only 15% off. Lol people on
SR AND GTA forums about the topic i posted about The DLC

@Ayngel
Pretty sure it can. And that's in ADDITION to putting DLC
content in normal trailers and never saying it's DLC. And
judging by what Sam said, it looks like the Nyte Blayde suit
isn't EVEN IN THE GAME.

All they have done from day one was mislead the fans :-(
two other things I have learned:
1) we got told that the Genki Pack was a PRE ORDER only
deal...... LIES : because when I went into GAME there was SRTT
games with the Genki Pack being sold in store (The boxes were
not just for show) I asked at the desk when I handed my copy of
SRTT back.
2) Some dude on the SR Facebook fan page was very pissed off as
he rented the game but could not play co-op due to it not having
a online pass code, so basically not only are Volition being
spongers wanting cash for us to play co-op, but the poor people
renting the game to try it out has to pay for the code to
experience the online co-op feature too.
Volition did say we would not have to pay for co-op it was all
ready in the game

I will try and explain this one more time. And everyone, please
actually read and listen to what I'm saying...
They CAN NOT be sued for false advertisement. The way
around it being what we get, in the season pass we are promised
a DLC. Never once do they say we get the 3 DLC's, they say we
are getting a 15% discount on them. If they just gave us the
discount that would be illegal. A "discount" is NOT a
good/service. How Volition got around this is by throwing in the
Nyteblade DLC. We are buying the Nyteblade DLC and in doing so
we get a discount on "upcoming," but already on the disk
DLC.
The way Volition set this us is so even if someone tried to sue
them, the DLC is already on the disk. We ALREADY
HAVE IT. That makes all of the trailers with DLC in it valid. It
is very shady, but not a lie also it is NOT false
advertisement.
I'm getting really fucking sick of saying all this shit just for
people to treat me like I have no idea what the fuck I'm talking
about because I fucking do. SO FUCK EVERYONE and have a nice
fucking day. I'm done saying because NO ONE FUCKING LISTENS TO

I never ignored you hoohoo! Your points are quite valid although
Volition have certainly sold their souls with the one thing I
hate: DAY ONE DLC...DAY ONE DLC...DLC on the 1st bloody day!
What's the fucking point?
Also, my friend was stupid enough to pay for the invincible
pack (a bunch of cheats), obviously he assumed that because your
BUYING certain cheats that are already in the game it would make
you immune from losing your auto-save he did expect it to
deactivate achievements, aside from one or two "extra" cheats he
pretty much paid for something that was already in the game.
I mean are people lazy enough to put in codes on the mobile
phone? Volition? I'm asking you Volition, are they really THAT
lazy? No. They're not.

They actually replied to why DLC was on the disc.
So people can play with people with or w/o DLC. Ok excuse. BUT i
had one question that no one had dared to answer.
Why not just add the DLC to the game in the first place, or if
it was to late why not release it for free?

I must be missing something, i've always thought it was the
publisher (in this instance THQ) who ultimately decide on what
content we get with the base game and what is released later as
DLC.... Im guessing im wrong though.

I always thought it was a mixture of both. Still, THQ/Volition
have sold their souls. Duh duh duh. :o
[move]Btw I'm not serious about them selling their souls, just I
fucking hate Day One DLC, especially the type where it's already
on the disc. It's a fucking sly money-grabbing move.[/move]
