Come to think of it... I really am not happy with the platinum
pack either. I hope the DLC packs are better.

Nope. I still can't find the Nyte Blayde suiot anywhere either.
And by the way, I've noticed a LOT of stuff they said was in the
game that we've seen before in screenshots are gone. Such as the
samurai suit and "captian's hat". I even saw the screenshot f
someone wearing purple samurai armor with the Genki head. Yet
it's not in the game.

Yep, he dies. Off-screen. With no effort. And is barely
mentioned afterward other than maybe 3 times from Shaundi. And
no one else seems to give a fuck either.

That SHIT! You would think they would have gave him a better
send off than that ! If anything Gat should have been running
the Saint's anyway. Who the Feck wrote that Game Script?

Oh yeah, and Loren dies like right after the tutorial missions.
Also with no effort. You don't even fight him. You literally
drop a globe on him and that's it.
Like I said, fuck Volition. I'm getting my money back for this
shit.

I think the game is fun, I'm pissed the killed of Shaundi
though. And how the hell does one become mayor of a fucking
country?? There are a lot of things that don't make sense or
just down right piss me off about the game, but overall it's
decent. I'm still buying every DLC pack they sell

By buying the DLC packs, you're supporting them taking content
out fo the game and making you pay for it later. They don't care
about your opinion as long as you pony up the cash.
Go take a look at the forums now (on the official site). 90% of
the people there, even newbies, are saying they're extremely
disappointed and most are returning their copies for something
else. I'm returning mine as well. I had very little fun with
this and everything we were told was pretty much a lie by
Volition. I seriously just beat it the other day and yet cannot
even remember a single memorable mission. SR2 had plenty.
All this game did was make me remember how great SR2 was. And to
think, I waited for this for so long and spent months on the
forums debating it, having fun with everyone finding new info
and such, picking apart trailers and pics, etc etc. Such a shame
this game turned out to be such a disappointment.
Well, we got GTA V on the way so I'll just move on to that. Even
though I didn't like GTA IV, I can at least appreciate all the
work they put into the game. And by the way, Rockstar never LIED
and DECEIVED people through their promotions. (Except maybe
those fingerless gloves but who cares). Rockstar put actual work
in their games and doesn't make you pay money for something that
should've been in the game in the first place. Know what they do
for DLC? MAKE AN ENTIRELY NEW STORY. And then guess what? They
release it later on disc for those of us who don't have XBL.
Volition has become a complete scumbag greedy POS company. And
they've lost yet another fan. I am dropping Saints Row for good.
Even if SR4 looks good, I'm not buying into it after being hyped
up this much and ultimately being disappointed.

I found a couple cool things for those interested.
You can color non-customizable vehicles by going to e Rim Jobs
and clicking on garage. Go to a non-customizable vehicle (like
the tron bike once you unlock it or a gang vehicle) and click
back, don't click retrieve. Once you click back, you'll be taken
to the menu and you can customize it, body parts and colors and
all.
Another thing is you can enter a cheat for respect. Click it a
lot and you can rank all the way up to lvl 50, therefore getting
all the upgrades right at the start so you don't have to work
for it all over again. Only thing is you still have to unlock
special outfits and such normally which sucks.
Another thing is you can enable "bloody mess", which makes any
person you kill explode like with the Apoca-Fists. Even just
punching them normally. It's especially cooler when you fire an
RPG at them and they actually do explode instead of flying
across the road like a ragdoll. Much better in my opinion.
Also just wonder has anyone found the Nyte Blayde outfit or
samurai outfit? The NB outfit is not included in the NB DLC pack
so it must be in the game somewhere.
