Be Very, VERY Careful!!

In light of recent events, copyright infringement is being taken
FAR MORE SERIOUSLY now then EVER before. Be VERY careful when
posting links in ANY thread, always, ALWAYS, give credit to
whatever site you are linking to. I don't care if it is a link
to something on YouTube. If it is for the videos section and it
is using a real song put in disclaimers to to the song. If it is
in the walk through section put a disclaimer to the game you are
doing a walk through of.
It only takes ONE CRI claim for us ALL to be fined hundreds of
thousands of dollars or even worse... Sitting in a federal
prison.
I CANNOT stress this enough. PUT IN DISCLAIMERS!!!

Put a disclaimer similar to this:

Oi Ayngel I was wondering if it were possible to add something
pre-written disclaimer on a button or something? (Like the
smiles and the bold and italic fonts?
Or something in our signatures or something?
p.s. I know it won't affect me, but I don't want to see the site
closed

Alright this is a little out of hand. You dont ACTUALLY have to
post disclamers for everything. No other forums do. Not even IGN
does.

We are a small forum, I don't think some big company like
volition would think twice about shutting us down. Most of the
people here have something against volition, it only takes
vsingular coming on here once and seeing the music video's or
the walk throughs we have links to on YouTube. Playing it safe
is a lot smarter than just tempting fate.

they can under the current economic climate and trying to
deliver the best game they can even though it may piss off
