They could have used a keylogger. They are used to see
EVERYTHING a person types on a computer. Every single key stroke
is monitored and the person on the other end gets a report of
what the "victim" does. So they can get passwords and things
like that. Nasty little piece of technology originally intended
to be a good thing.

A keylogger would work, but the big question is, as OGluke
pointed out: What is the incentive? Why would anyone want to
hack into this site? There's no info here that anyone would want
as far as I know.

OGlukes account was hacked, the hacker deleted all of his
stories and his account entirely.

My guess is someone is just starting out in hacking and is
finding small websites to hit.

Hmmm, must of been V-singular lol!...
But that is really odd, I doubt anyone would even be able to
find this site with plans on Hacking... Must of been the Zodiac
hacker, kinda strange Luke was the victim, I guess we will have
to wait to see what happends next!

Are you still having issues?
I have been performing Maintaince tasks after what happened to
OGluke, that can often cause issues with the forum performance,
normally I close the forum down for maintaince if I have ever
needed to do that, but this time round I was in a frantic mess
trying to get to the bottom of this.
Hope things are working for you both now, please keep me
informed

I havent had trouble logging into the site.
- I stay logged in from now on (forever)
but its really bad that the site had to go on high alert because
of some dirtbag.
offtopic, but something similar is going on over at the bethesda
forums somedays you can login but every other day its server
kicks out. weird stuff happening..
