I smoke it regularly, I KNOW it is not harmful to the body at
all. Alcohol and tobacco will do and have done more damage then
marijuana EVER will. It is not a gateway drug either. I've never
known anyone to go from pot to crack or meth. For everyone I
know that smokes it, pot is enough. To completely legalize it
would change everything. It could be taxed like cigarettes so
the gov would be making money helping get the US or other
countries out of debt.

hoohoo took the words right out of my mouth, so I believe I have
nothing more to say. Except for the fact that the only reason
it's illegal in the first place is because some big companies
back in the day were intimidated by the many uses of the plant
and therefore payed off the gov't to make it illegal so they
could make more money. And that, my fine fellows, is disgusting.

Yes I have smoked for over 25 years sometimes heavily but mainly
in moderation. These days a J or 2 after dark...
Do you agree with the laws against?
I'd like to see it decriminalised and regulated by the
government in the same way booze and tobacco is...

Yes I believe it is a gateway drug in the same way booze and
tobacco is. I don't think that generally speaking a young person
trying weed for the first time has never tried tobacco or booze.
I also firmly believe that some people have addictive or
destructive personalities so they will take whatever they can to
get a buzz on. Take away the Mary Jane and they will be
breathing in solvents, tobacco, etcetera AND drinking if they
can get it...
Side Note : Weed IS MOST DEFINITELY bad for your health
especially the Skunk variants that we smokers all enjoy these
days. PLEASE don't buy into the whole denial thing that smokers
pass around?
Smoke if you want to but be aware that it is NOT completely
safe...

Well, yes. Marijuana has some nasty side-effects because of the
way it messes with the natural balance of brain chemicals and
stuff, and smoking may lead to lung cancer (as smoking anything
can), etc., etc. I still don't believe it should be illegal
though. Especially for the original reason, or the bullshit
reasons the general public are fed. In the end my argument
always comes down to: It's no more harmful than any other drugs
sold in gas stations around the world, and definitely no more
harmful than most pharmaceutical drugs, so why ban it? Other
than big company greed, of course.

I personally don't like weed and I don't think it should be
legal, same with smoking, I've never touched the stuff but I
know people, older and younger, smoke it, one is frequently in
and out of Kenmore Mental Asylum.
I seen some people go completely psycho around 28 to 31.
Yes i do believe it is a gateway drug not with everybody though,
because I know people, weed at 13, 17 it was speed, 21 it was
regular cocaine or heroin. I know some fucked up people.
But that is just my opinion on the matter, I'm not an alcoholic,
but I do enjoy my beer and whiskey, especially after a hard day
at work.
But anyways if you want to do it, do it, I couldn't give a fuck,
it's your life, live it how you wish.
