ODD WORLD APOCALYPSE
"I Welcome Death With Open Arms Now..."
This is.. Hell ?

You haven't even came close to hell if you've never set foot
in the place I use to call home. What began as a war for the
ages became a battlefield for the Gods if you were to call it. I
was only fifteen when chaos broke loose. I could remeber it like
it was yesterday. Four men in Armored Suits chased after me in a
backyard cutthrough with rifles. I didn't know what to do so I
hid in the dog house. The followed my trail and figured I had
escaped becuase A plank from the fence was broken. There was a
dog that kept barking, probably becuase I was in his house, the
soldiers told it to shut up but it kept barking so one man just
swiftly shot in the head. I tried to cover my mouth becuase of
what I just saw, but it was to much. I yelled, causing them to
turn around. Three men aimed at the dog house and the fourth
pulled me out by my hair, forcing me to get on my knees. He put
on three fingers, one went down and they cocked their rifles,
two went down and they got into stance, the last one down and
then bang.
I passed out waking up in a bed with no wounds on me at all
except the scratches I had from earlier. I looked around and got
up. I rumbled through the dressers and drawers to find what I
could scrap together. The soldier walked in making me jump back
to the wall. He took off his helmet and sat it on my head.
He looked into my eyes and then suddenly my face began to
burn. I dropped down to my knees in agony and felt my face when
the pain died down. There was a print from the bottom of my eye
around to the top. The man handed me a mirror, it was a Dragon.
" What is this ?? Where am I ? "
" The Mark of Apocalypse. "
" Why did you put that on me ??? "
" Your one of us now. You fight the Chaos or You Burn with it.
You have no choice ... Something is out there.. it's something
big.. very big.. Collosal you may say. We need all the help were
going to get. "
That's all I can remeber for now as far as what happened.
It felt as if it just happened yesterday .

The Horror Of It

Bodies scattered around the street, decomposing after laying
there for months and the stench of reality was just that strong.
But behind the deaths there was something much more terrifying
than this. After the effects of the apocalypse happened,
something created out of it. Now you have to watch your
surroundings at the cost of your life, meaning to do so is not
optional. But as a member of the Egde, it was our job to look
out for the people of this god forsaken city. The most active
place of our soldiers was the metro, for some reason thats where
this.. this thing keeps spawning at.
I woke up at around midnight looking out the window. My radio
was playing classical tunes of way back then. Songs by men and
women such as Frank Sinatra and what not. My headset
communications had alot of feedback. It was my comrad A.R
frquencing in.
" Bout time you got up. You been missing all of the action. "
" What do you mean? "
" Yeh, Your apartment has been a splatterfest. How could you
not hear it. "
" I.. I don't know. "
" Are you Okay? "
" Yeh.. I think so. "
Something large slammed agaisnt the outside of the building.
And began scaling it. Gunshots were swiftly heard and you could
hear the beast screech and a thud as it fell.
" I took it out! Woohoo . Wait! Wait a minute ! Dear God
Somebody Helppp Me !!! "
I grabbed my rifle off the table and stuck my knife inside my
belt.
"I'm on my way! "
I ran down the street to hear a numerous amout of battle
continuing in the streets. I darted down the steps and jumped
back against the wall when two fallen soldiers were brought in
by five rushing men. I continued on my rush to save comrad. An
explosion went off in the street. While it may be alot of year
since, Terrorists are still very alive and the Red Threat is
Back.
I climbed up the pipe to the rooftop to find A.R slumped
against the wall. His eye were grey, It had been too late. He
had a letter and a poem.. his last poem he will ever write in
his hand. The paper covered in blood.. When I saw the kid I had
grew up with since the sanctum took me. I got on my knees and
bowed in sorrow and prayer. I got up, took his dog-tag and layed
on my neck. Today was going to be a long day.
Whatever.. no take that back.. Whoever killed him was going to
pay. I knew it was a person or god knows what stands on feet or
has hands to shoot with, becuase he was covered in bullets.
I went by A.R's radio to try to signal somebody in.
*static*
Shit nobody came in.
I believe the "BlK-Moon" Did this. They've been a threat to
society since the day they're leader was born.
Something ..scaley crept up behind me. I could see out my
pariphial. I heard it's breath.. I heard it's Growl..
I Turned Around...

Fighting The Beast
I turned around, and too my horror I was standing in front of
the "Walking Apocalypse"... It was like.. the grim reaper had
mutated into a being of.. of.. unspoken horrors. It got off of
the horse of sins, with a simple touch he knocked me against the
wall. He slowly walked towards A.R's body. I got up and dropped
all my gear, took off my jacket , leaving my vest.. meaning my
arms were exposed to the outside. I picked up my dagger and
rushed forward to the thing. It blocked my attack so I
roundhouse kicked it. Furious from the blow to the chest it just
took, it got up and grabbed me by neck, dangling me in the air.
I shoved my two feet into his chest, knocking him on the ground.
I ran and pushed him off the rooftop, leaving both of us in the
air for a brief moment of time. I swung him around so He could
break my fall and when we landed, a huge explosion of some sort
occured leaving the air with a wierd blue aurora.
My arms were bleeding at a scary speed. I clutched it and
slumped against a wall. My arms were shaking rapidly. I screamed
out in agony, and as my arms bled more, A dragon carving
appeared to be forming. I punched the ground over and over until
it would stop.
A few Doctors from the White guard rushed to my aid. Hagar,
who sported a lumberjack beard, pushed them all out the way and
struck his hand out. I grabbed it and he pulled me too my feet.
" He'll Be okay everyone. Go attend to the other patients. "
" What is this ! "
" The mark of the Dragon.. he hasn't rose yet... You just killed
A Beast of high Evil . "

Looking Into Darkness
I shoved Hagar out of the way and got up on my own. I pushed
my door open and noticed it was pitch black. I yelled out
ferociously and Red markings started appearing on the
wall(Skyrim anyone?) . I felt on the marks but it scorched my
hand . Hmmm I thought to myself, I should etch these into my
tablet and take them to be examined. Then, maybe I need to
apologize to Hagar.
I grabbed a few items off my shelf. There was a minature
statue of a Green Dragon, I touched it's eyes and then out of
nowhere I felt myself emmenced inside another world. Snowcapped
mountains, Green skies and alot of wind. This was not somewhere
close to here I could tell.
I grabbed my head and threw myself to the ground. Gasping for
air, the markings on my body glowed red. I wrapped up my arms
and went back outside.
