Hitman games have great soundtracks. Can't really recall any
right now but im pretty sure there have been epic in game
soundtrack moments in any of the Assassins ganes also.

I loved Mafia II. Always loved old school gangster/mafia movies
and that game felt right at home.
*very minor SPOILER*
I used to thing the Dragon fight music in skyrim was pretty epic
until I fought a few dozen dragons.

Couple awesome moments. Kind of Unrelated, more just luck, but
pretty awesome for me.
Fallout 3: Fawkes and Myself charging through the Super Mutant
filled Capital Building with Gatling lasers and a Fat man, while
that sonjg about Butcher Pete playing.
GTA 4: Epic 4 Star cop chase while Wanted Dead or Alive by Bon
Jovi played. I charged at a police blockade, while bullets
riddled the car and it exploded a second after the song finsihed
Um how about in RDR we're Jack stands over the graves and Bury
Me Not On The Lone Prairie plays.
Epic.

Butcher pete is the best song period, no epic moments needed.
I think I remember crazy opera music playing during the boss
battle at the end of Resident Evil 3, I always thought was
funny.

Big Iron Played... and everything went up and a little bit more
down here from there. Dead Bodies Everywhere... and then one
bitch ass Gecko Killed Me...Tragic
