took the skins off, will rack it to secondary fermentation
tonite. what once took up nearly half the container, without the
pulp, only thing left is the hulls...only a couple inches now.
3rd picture is showing the gravity press i came up with. i have
about 80lbs sitting on top of a plywood board, it squeezed them
down pretty good. got another gallon of juice or so out of it.

racked the wine to secondary containers, fitted with airlocks
on the 18th of September. Wine has cleared up quite a bit and
has lots of fall out that i will get rid of in about another
week or so when i rack to new clean carboys.

Bottle on the right was the dregs, you can tell by the deeper
sediment. This is 9 days old.
