i get tunnel vision when i start this process, but this time i
remembered to take a pic of the "before".
dunno how much i got, has to be close to 80lbs worth of
muscadines. these are thawing out today while at work,
hopefully should be ready by the time my grape stompers get home
this evening. :tip:

have you seen the video of the poor lady doing a news report at
a grape stomp festival, and she falls out and knocks the wind
out of her? i feel like a sorry bastard every time i see it and
laugh. :cheese:
oh and by the way, i'd like to see you tell their momma they
aint pretty! :lol: :lol:

i know muscadines are more acidic than normal grapes, so i hope
i dont burn their feet plumb off... i'll have to test it first.
it will stain your hands good, so im looking forward to their
momma's reaction. we'll ask forgiveness later.

Dale, are these wild muscadines? I never had muscadine jam until
a few years ago. It is wonderful.
