different grades of the stuff, no its not all the same,
different blends for different applications i guess, i dont know
the details, i just know that they had round up in the barrels
that you'll never see sold at walmart, thats all im saying. it
had different names, it just didnt say roundup. i just got the
regular stuff, the domestic use stuff. i didnt get that info
from my neighbor, he just told me its fine to spray it for weeds
around the vines, as long as it doesnt get on the leaves.

advice i got next door from a man who does this for a living. i
sprayed round up on the grass under my vines, big deal.
:icon_nana: you tellin me you not gonna believe a professional
that eats and breaths this stuff? weed control? he tried to give
me paraquat, but he was out. :tip:

Hell use Pramitol, I'll promise you nothing will ever grow
there as long as you don't have soil movement. Paraquat only
burns the foliage down, Pramitol sterilizes the soil.

Now this has nothing to do with grapes. My buddy down on the
Tug River has or did have a small orchard. The orchard consisted
of apple trees, pair trees , blue plum trees. and couple peach I
think. He had them in perfect straight rows and really looked
good. He takes about 8 to 10 ft line and made a perfect circle
around each tree man did that look good. Now after several years
everything down there is completely dead or in the process of
dieing. Guess what he was spraying in those perfect circles?

so him spraying round up, was the only variable that could have
caused this? not the rate, not disease, or weather or
irrigation, or soil, not anything that plague everyone else's
trees and whatnot? rol

so if it sounds like im making up my neighbors credentials...
here he is, found a presentation on youtube. if he says round up
is ok, i know the man, he has to live next to me, and i run
jockey on all his computers too...so i trust him not to give me
bad info. he's a very humble guy that is way smarter than i am
on probably everything except puters, and especially weeds.
