i do it in the winter. the school i work at has a very nice
heated greenhouse. i always take starts of my tomato plants in
the garden & put them in buckets & put them in the green house
so i have maters all winter. iv`e only done it with cherry
tomaters & pear tomaters. ya got to shake the plant a little
when they bloom for pollination.
