Race Boosting

After seeing the "[font=comic sans ms]Award boosting[/font]"
(great idea) topic blow up the way it did. I started asking
myself if we shouldnt do the same thing.. but with races?
For a lot of people (myself included) winning races is not the
easiest of things to do in online. Therefore I suggest that we
help eachother farm "Criminal Records" so that we can fully pimp
our cars, no mather the class.
This is just a suggestion, but if you are interested hit me up
